4. Green Smoothie

A great anti-inflammatory smoothie, ideal if you’re on a diet.
Health Benefits: source of magnesium, iron, and vitamin K, anti-inflammatory, aids with weight loss.
Ingredients:
1 handful spinach (50g), roughly chopped
1 banana frozen
1 tablespoon ginger
1 green apple, sliced
1 celery stick (optional)
120 ml oat milk
If you don’t have any frozen fruits, add 1/2 cup of ice.
Blend the mix until smooth. Enjoy!
