Coconut Oolong Latte
Coconut latte made with a Vietnamese oolong tea picked up in the south of Vietnam.
Ingredients for two cups
1 cup strongly brewed tea (I picked oolong infused with coconut – if you can’t find any coconut infused tea add some coconut flakes to the hot tea of your choice while brewing)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Cinnamon or cacao powder for garnish
Steps
1. Brew the tea strong. Not for longer then what it says on the package but with more tea leaves.
2. Heat up coconut milk and add sugar to melt. Whisk up a foam.
3. Strain tea and pour about 2/3 of your cup. Fill the rest with coconut milk foam.
